Great mirror image. You almost can not distinguish the shore.

I second that too. So realistic.
Lost half of night's sleep and probably couple years of life expectancy, but it was well worth of it because it was games night! It was taking place in local shopping mall cinema area, from 9 PM to early morning hours.
Cosplay competition
I also didn't get much sleep, was out until 04:15 at a club. Too old for that nowadays!
I'm typing this on a Steelseries mechanical keyboard. Can't beat them.
Love this shot, straight out of Siouxsie Sioux's playbook.
The Baltic sea
While on holiday in Poland

Superb. All the components are there.
Fuji X-T3 you have been good to me...
Something has changed. I can no longer edit the subject to title my post more appropriately. It appears to me that no one else is doing that either. There is significant news for me. First and foremost, after four wonderful years with my two Fuji X-T3s, I BOUGHT TWO NEW CAMERAS! 😁
I am now the owner of two Fuji X-H2s.
Very nice. I'm sure you deserve your new toys.
I like this shot, bit of distortion but real impact.
NCV, I'm having trouble getting through all of your photos in full view. It is bouncing out into photos that others have posted.
Yup, it does that in here.
A Return To Great Mell Fell
Last Sunday, with the forecasts promising "fog" for most of the day, I packed my gear and braced myself for the 80 mile drive North along the M6 to Great Mell Fell for some moody woodland photography.
I like the 8th tree shot and the 3rd Out in the Open shot. I'm not a fan of the bleached effect for landscapes if I'm honest. But I do use bleached bypass for some urban shots.
The Baltic sea
Not sure why, but I always thought that the seas around the world had more or less the same "saltiness". Except the dead Sea of course, which everyone knows is a lot saltier. Well here's the thing,... East beach on the North sea, where I grew up in Essex, is 12x saltier than the Baltic sea here. I tasted it just to make sure :-)
Well that's an interesting factoid.
2nd shot is a good one and you're so right about the sleeping animal, I thought exactly the same before I read your description.
And swans in the sea? Who knew?
1928 Gothic Art Deco
Very Batman!
Reflections always appeal to my photographic senses. This is a nice shot of Italy, I'm sure you're looking forward to going back there soon.
The shot works as it is, but it would also be posible to chop off a little from top and bottom, just keeping the thin cloud. It woul make the interesting details in the land and reflection just a bit bigger.

Just what I was thinking !
The walled Town.
Vigoleno is a small walled village between Parma and Piacenza. I went there to photograph the Romanesque Pieve, but the village was quite interesting too.
Looks like a great place to wander around.
...and then of course for a rest, with a glass of wine , some olives and fresh baked white bread at the cafe :-)
Number two and the cafe and St. George are my picks

Looks like a fun night !

This came about as a result of discussions at a recent retreat to Amelia Island, Florida, with the Board of Directors from my Camera Club.
I am leaving for a two-week trip to the Blue Parkway at the end of this coming week.
After the discussions, I decided it was time to update, and the trip would be a great opportunity to get to know my new toys. 😉
The recent four-day trip will be the last where my X-T3s are my primary camera. These are two of the shots I took during that trip.
Life has gotten in the way of photography much of this year, and it was fun to do some shooting again during the getaway.
I am looking forward to doing a lot of shooting with my new cameras during my trip.
Love this one.
Nicely framed and rich colours!

I enjoyed looking through this set, you have made a nice documentary series of the fun people have dressing up.

I love Italy and it is so nice to see your captures weekly :) I am fascinated with walled towns, villages. But it suggests there was a real external thread that forced them to build them.
Now I am confused: dragons eat sinners, saints slay dragons, so saints and sinners must be on the same side :)
Italy up until the Seventeenth century was a pretty violent place, as all the little Dukedoms were always at war with each other in ever changing alliances. Italian history is just too complicated for anybody to understand. A defeated duke could expect a nasty end if he fell into the arms of a competitor.

This shot is perfectly framed.
Have fun with the new toys.
A street portrait.
Optical quality, colour reproduction and sharpness always wins (that's where Leica leads).
Excellent.
