No trickery there. The raw file looks the same. I did raise the exposure of the structure in the reflection but that was very feathered.

Love that tunnel of trees shot, as well as that tree.

Regarding B&W, I personally think my monocrome photography finished when I mothballed my darkroom. I really like how we can process colour at home with digital. Monochrome has an air of retro that I do not really care for.

Pretty sad we live in this inclusive dumbed down world where an academic photographic course uses the modern equivalent of an Instamatic. I quess boring elitist stuff like aperture, depth of field and shutter speed, is not on the syllabus.

The cathedral shots are very nice. I wonder what stone they used, I can't recall that I saw this reddish stone before. I have seen plenty of red coloured marble from Spanish and Turkish quarries but non in England.

Nice layers of geometric patterns with strong contrast. This has already a BW feel but pure BW might work as well.

Very nice shots, blackened background, nice out focus transitions. Thanks for sharing

First for me, it has subject to look at, second is empty in the middle, seems to have just foreground and background.

Looks like nice walk. My picks are waterfall shots, light in these works really well, bringing the fall out.

This shot was made with my phone, I was passing by and had less time to take shot that I'd liked to have, as I was with other people and did not want them to wait too much.
I did not want to include spectators faces in image, as they were irrelevant, it's enough to see that there are people watching game. And for data protection :P
But this made image bit unbalanced, I'd liked more space above. Maybe I have chance to take better shot, seems like mr. Anonymous is regular resident in that corner..

I think that hat is as important accessory as mask in that particular case to complete image.

Great shots as usual, but these 2 are my favorites. In first the trees making tunnel for road and people in the end, great scene.
And second is great find, it's hard to see trees in forest, but here it is, looking like dream, with great light.

I like how everything is jam-packed into the frame.
