I find this very strange, as I have used Sennheiser HD600 headphones professionally and at home since 1980. If „esteeme“ means „extreme“, I advise you to pass everything through an RME UCX box, where you can adjust the spread, level, EQ, etc.

I bought a SPL Phonitor SE, made for the home audio market with cross feed, which I presume is the same as your RME. It really does sort sounds that are hard panned to one side, which in headphones sounds unnatural and irritating because it’s isolated to only one ear.

I have never heard of SLP Phonitor Se. RME is top pro gear.

When I bought a pair of Heddphone 2 GT ( which sound fantastic) SPL and RME were the brands they recommended for a good match. I found the SPL second hand, at a good price and went with them. They are good solid German audio products too it seems.

Anyway the crossfield thing make a worse than bad recording like "The Black Saint and the Sinner Lady" by Mingus listenable on headphones.

We have drifted away from this weeks photography!

Interesting artifacts, seem different from biblical motives.

I like the first image, its tonality and different layers.
Multiexposure photos are interesting, look like paintings. I need to try it at some time.

I like these images, nice tonality in river bed adding colours to photo.
