This is my pick, showing church in its surrounding. If carrying cameras and tripod left out of breath then one can only imagine how this church was built, the effort to drag needed material up there...

    Willy and Wonka?
I think here bit wider framing would have worked also, to show more these autumn colours in trees.

Nice shots, I like the landscape scenery.
Ended just recently book of Greek gods and heros, big part of it was about Trojan war. It seems to me that humankind hasn't changed much since antiquity, unfortunately.

Looking quite ok if one does not zoom all the way in.
This main station looks interesting, I like these flowing lines.

This is a great photo op. I like that pattern in the roofs.
Your thumbnails suggest there were 4 pics, albeit one duplicate. No biggie.

    Thanks Wormsmeat :-)
Yep, it was a good view from the 16th floor :-)
I posted this with my phone, not so easy.
... added the 3 pics but then I couldn't scroll down and select to display the third, so added it again, then it was visible at the top.
Maybe just my phone. But probably more to do with the person writing this now :-)

    the deep fog
A few days ago I happen to stumble upon an old digital camera (a Nikon Coolpix 2000) from 2002. There were still photos from 2002 on there. My dad somehow still had the right memory card reader, to be able to transfer them onto his PC. The camera was also released in 2002, meaning that my dad (who presumably bought the camera completely new) took a few photos abd then promptly forgot about it until I dragged it out of our cupboard 23 years later.

Anyway, I proceeded to go outside into our garden, which was drenched in thick fog and went and put it to the test. It's really quite fun. I did edit these in post. (The camera does not possess a B&W function to my knowledge)

The camera frequently creates these steange bokeh-like circles in low light, which i personally thibk look really cool. Anyone have an idea, why that might be happening?

Always very interesting to see these famous places, without the filter of the Tourist Board. Looks like you had the place to yourselves.

Will somebody please tell Alfred Hitchcock to knock it off?
