I like this. Great shot. Captures the feel perfectly. But at full size it is fuzzy? And maybe just a smidgen CCW rotation might be in order? The A7CR is 61 MP... so, straight out of the box, I'm jealous! LOL. :-) But wondering what your PP target might have been? Just curious. Pic #1 and #3 are nice and sharp -- just right. Again, a great scene! :-)

Great evocative winter feel to these. Big sky and foreground shadows in the second makes for an interesting composition. And nice to home in on the lonesome horse in the third. I'd be keen to capture something between the two, probably with the horse just off centre to the right and including more of that textured row of distant hills.

These have amazing, cold, clean light. Really enjoyed them. You live in a very different place to me, here in London.

You are being way to hard on yourself... :-) We've all been there. LOL. These are cool. I like #2. Holy smokes! The church is over 800 years old. And the frescoes are interesting. I was in Milan many, many years ago (I'm guessing 1992 or 1993) and we did indeed take a quick car drive to Lake Como -- BEAUTIFUL.

    EAST WATERWAY

I was lacking material, so as I was driving home this evening (late in the evening) I took some extra time and continued north on the freeway to try and get a shot of a ship at the port. There were two ships (one large and one small). I parked the car and walked about 200 meters to a spot where I could set-up the tripod. This is a stitch of 5 vertical frames, cropped, and re-sized to about 50% of original. Also JPEG compressed from ~100 MB to ~6 MB. I have taken many similar pictures from this location. It is always fun. Quiet and relaxing in a weird way! The little ship looks like a toy. :-)

The strains in those windows look very threatening!

SILLY ME... lost and confused. The "east waterway" was supposed to be for the December 6th thread. LOL. :-) I will try to keep my eyes open.

Fantastic shot. The vertical reflections really add something.
