Crisp and sharp.
Doesn't look very warm to me. Wouldn't want to be standing underneath one of those when they break off.
This is has a weird visual effect. When I came across the picture, my eye was drawn to the Mona Lisa. it took a few seconds for the mannequin to register, and the again a few seconds for the man on the round column to appear.
I really like the white desert, with the distant city, in the first shot.
Maybe a close in portrait of the ram, might make a good picture with those lovely horns.
Petrol stations at night make great subjects.
I missed last week, but I took a look and it was a very nice thread as usual. Here are a couple of shots from a short walk and then a couple taken from the end of the airport runway (before my battery died and I didn't have a spare with me).
An office building near the hotel where I was staying
Phone pics... well done... and good for you. I especially like #2 (and I can relate). You sometimes "gotta get out there" to get the shot. :-) Don't fall in!
Yes, I did see last week's images (very nice) and for this set I like #3 the best. Maybe crop just a little off the top? I'm just guessing! I like it!
The first pic - LOL :-) That's great. I'm still laughing. It has been warm here this winter, so the daphne's are late this year (no flowers or scent, yet).
Take care! If it is a record cold streak in Toronto... then it is definitely COLD. Over here on the west coast... way too warm and basically no snow. It was 60F (15C) in Seattle when we started our drive to Denver last weekend... and it was 60F and sunny in Denver when we arrived. Hardly any snow in the Rockies.
That's really good. I like the idea! I will keep my eye out for a similar subject.
