Tick, on a weevils snout

    not the best pic, it wouldnt keep still, but what was interesting when I zoomed in is the tick on its snout, as the weevil was only 2-3 mm long, the tick is miniscule

    It's really crazy how the antennaes sprout from the snout ... Thanks for sharing!

    they are oddly placed, i had another pic that got those (and little else)

    but what other bug also has an elephants trunk ?
