It would be a rare day here, if one of these Kestrels were not found perched along the road. Sometimes tolerant of nearby cameras but usually vacates to the next nearby wire, if you pull over and stop your vehicle.

Very nice. You may need to stay farther back with your car and use a longer lens. They are small so the desire to get close is understandable.
