Add one more, I just got in. I have been having great difficulty getting logged in with my old DPR username. Bob kept persevering until he was able to resolve the problem. That in the middle of all his work getting this wonderful new forum operational. Thanks very much Bob for all your effort to create this new forum and for helping me.

Registered and starting to follow. Mainly interested in Canon mirrorless but will be scanning as much as possible to see where and how things are moving forward. Congrats for such a swift startup!
PS haven't found a way to have a signature saved, but sure that will come along in time!

So, it’s been a couple of hours. Are we at 5,000 yet? LOL.
Great job and smart to get this up and running BEFORE DPR shut down. All the threads on DPR will raise awareness of this new site.

I do miss really much the menues and -structure from DPR....plus, no darkmode is painful at night, just right now.

Yes, I know. We need to assemble a development team, make a plan and get all those things done. This is the community doing it itself. It's probably slower than having a big corporation behind us, but at least we will together will own the site and that big corporation can't suddenly decide to close it all down.

But some things are really good. I found Threads confusing to start with, but after I had discovered the button. where you can chose to see subscribed threads and so on I think it's great! So easy to see if there are new post in threads you are in.
