I wasn't among the more prolific posters at DPReview (mainly because it took until 2021 for the X100V to drag me back into the scene), but am still very happy this new place is gaining traction. It's also heartening to see that public awareness about how piss-poor of a substitute a Facebook group would be to a proper forum seems at an all time high!

This is awesome, and obviously most successful branch of migrants (including me ofc).
Great! Great, well done! Let's make it count. Let's get back togetner on a newer, better terms and platform. 👍💪
Friends all my regards and to the staff of this forum great keep it up!
I have a question is it possible to add or create an RSS feed in the future (short if possible) so that people can also follow this forum through and with RSS?
Thank you.

The yardcoyote is in the house, as the kids say. This site is looking really nice-- crisp and clean. My compliments to the team for doing such great work in such a short time.
I guess I am just not a big fan of the fancy stuff? Everything looks good to me-- simple, nice fonts, easy to navigate, easy to read. But of course nobody likes change-- me included-- and there's nothing anyone can do to replace the years of familiarity we had with the old site.
I like it, it's just different and folks tend to freak out over change.
Once you realise the "threads" page is quite versatile, it's really useful that you can see everything, or all the discussions in a category or even sub-category. Plus the ability to filter further for threads you've read or not, or are subscribed to - and bookmark the link, is very useful.
I only wish it would mark the entire thread as read, i.e. if I jump to the end of a multi-page discussion, or if it had a "mark as read" button. Currently it seems to keep track of each post in the thread and whether I've scrolled past it or not. But this is a minor annoyance, only exaggerated by my OCD! 😅
