Bob and company have a lot on their plate, so let's give them time to get the foundations sorted before we bug them for things like different color themes for the forum.

In the meantime, anyone who wants to view this site in dark mode can get a simple browser extension to easily simulate that. Personally I didn't even realize the site was a bright white because I have Noir (for Safari) turned on all the time. This is what I see:

If you're on an Apple device and use Safari, you can find Noir here:
    apps.apple.com/us/app/noir-dark-mode-for-safari/id1592917505

If you use Chrome or Edge on any platform, you can try something like the Dark Mode extension:
    chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/dark-mode/dmghijelimhndkbmpgbldicpogfkceaj

Hello BrianK, that actually worked! Thank you very much. My wife appreciate dark mode on my laptop at the evening. She was always irritated due to the bright screen. I just wanted to write a short message, so that you know, your advice was useful.

Thank you, Brian. I am using a mac, and the noir-dark app, which I just installed, works well, thank you for the tip. However, I do most of my browsing with my iPad, and there is no equivalent app. Most of my other sites are in the dark mode, except this one. I know this is not a high-priority item, but it would be nice to have it available sometime soon.

Check out "Brave" browser. Should have a built in dark theme in the settings under appearance.

Thanks! The addon works well with Firefox for Android on my phone.
