I like the tonality in this image. Yes small towns are not fairing too well these days in many places,

I love Santa Fe. I would think that the conscience effort to produce a B&W from the start would result in better images. B&W is not just the removal of color.

I've often shot long exposure to get the motion of fast moving clouds. It can produce some interesting results - if the mind is to too great to blow the trees around. Maybe a little more contrast to brighten the clouds would make them stand out.

This is converted but there was very little colour to start with...

Thanks. I wanted to lift contrast a lot but given the lighting the little detail around the body disappeared so I ended up using none at all. I guess I should try and mask out the body...
