On the road, again !

Well... maybe second in line. Really lovely shot, and the people really add a nice sense of scale.

I'm also pretty enamored with castles as well as cathedrals, both of which are places we try to visit when we head to Europe. Alas, thanks to COVID, it's been a good while since we've been able to do that (but finally, some plans in place for a trip there in August).

Not sure how I missed it. That image of the falls is nothing less than superb!!

Typical for April, but unusually for Ocracoke in May, winds and seas have been ferocious every day for the past week, so we haven't been able to take the sailboat out.

We set up a little tent in the lee of the truck to protect them from the sand that was blowing hard enough to sting exposed skin:

Ferocious weather again today. Looking into the crystal ball, I think I see "shopping" in my immediate future this afternoon. 😁
