Ulrik. Uncle Bob, and Davinator it was a matter of being in the right place at the right time. In this case - waiting around for the scene to unwrap. Landscape often ends up being "hurry up and wait" hoping Mother Nature cooperates. Sometimes she does, sometimes she doesn't. 😉

X-T3 with Tamron 17-70 and Fuji 70-300, ooc jpegs with some slight cropping and tweaking. I even tried some in-camera multi-exposure (well, two exposures) just for fun :)

During the Easter holidays I met with a friend, who was going to play a concert at the Charlottenlund Palace north of Copenhagen. We met early to catch up. She lives in Paris and only comes to Denmark a few times a year to play concerts and see family and friends.

Here is a little image story from the day (10 images, I assume the limit is the same) from she when started warming up, during the concert and then we went experimenting after the concert :). Shot with 16, 35 and 90 fuji lenses.

So just to expand on this a little, each year for the last 4 years we've taken one of our grandchildren to the Easter Show.

The last couple of years our daughter has also tagged along with child number 2.

It's a fun day with lots to see and large crowds of all ages.

Public transport is the rule of the day and it's well organised and included with the ticket.

There is a lot of walking between displays and the kids love the rides and the games.

Occasionally we get to spend a few moments at the big arenas where there are more interesting displays like dog shows, farm animals, Dressage and wood chopping.

All with XH2s and most of these are with the Fringer Pro 2 with Canon 55-250
The Piglets were with theTamron 17-70
As a lot are indoors or in lower light ISO is high so I use Topaz to finish off.

Tree Swallows, BIF and more

I spend about a half hour taking photos of them as they flew past me. The first image was taken after it took off from a nest box. The others by studding there flight pattern witch repeat over time. I also watch for them to drop a shoulder as that's the first thing they do when they will turn. The photos were taken on an unusually hot spring day at the Marine Nature Study Area in Oceanside, NY.

I don't know why your images are not appearing on the thread. The links work in a browser. Hopefully, this can be sorted out. In the meantime consider editing your post by uploading the Jpegs from your computer. If you cannot I may be able to do the work for you a little later.

Yeah I noticed that.
Not sure what I did last week but it did upload thumbnails and later the pics were visible directly.
This time I just used links from Google drive and I guess they don't download at all.

I've been shooting these turkey vultures for two years, and finally got one in decent focus (thanks to Morris' settings) with nicely backlit wings

Thanks Bob! This one took me a while...first to clean up the weeds, then to get on my back and position the tripod between my legs and start the focus stack series...
