It appears to have done a nice job. What is unusual for me is to see a Century 21 Real estate sign and a Subway sign. Not having traveled for awhile to your "neck of the woods" I didn't know how far those companies had been established.

Owlet gazing at parent
This is the smaller of the two owlets. It is looking out the top of the tree hollow witching it's parent sleep very high up in a pine tree that is about 300 feet from the nest. The adult fell asleep just as I found it so I'll have to try again for an eyes open photo or the one I dream of flying to the nest with food.
