I've stumbled across some mentions and reviews of the Minolta MD 100/2.5 lens(es) recently, and was once again reminded of the fact that I know fairly little about a vast majority of (older) Minolta lenses altogether, even though some of them seem like good to outstanding lenses for being adapted, particularly when weight and size are considered.

So if anyone here has a couple of recommendations for interesting adapted Minolta lenses and perhaps even some sample shots, I would be very curious and grateful to hear about that. I personally mostly care for lenses which cover full-frame, but if you know great Minolta lenses for APS-C or MFT, please don't hesitate to mention them as well. A mention of the maximum format they can be used for would be great of course.

I'll share some of my limited experience with Minolta lenses as well, particularly with this (still somewhat mysterious one):

So please don't hesitate to include unusual ones without focusing mechanism or not intended to be used as taking lenses in the first place!

Minolta 90 mm f/5.6 (copy) lens

So, this was sold as a "copy lens" which is the reason why I'm calling it that. I have no idea what it was used for, but the lack of a variable aperture + the M39 thread in combination with the fact that I have seen very similar variations of EL-Nikkor lenses for that application, makes me think that it could have been used in a minilab or similar automated machine. It seems optimized for the close-up and macro range but not bad at distance either.

The excellent CE Rokkor 80 mm f/5.6 seems suspiciously similar in terms of construction, so it might be based on the same 6/6 Orthometar design.
