    For me, the Sigma SD9.

[edit] I love it for what it doesn't do:

    No JPEG output
    No 'Scene modes'
    No 'color modes'
    No video.
No "high ISO" it's max is 400 and don't bother with that.
No good AF of any kind.
    Questionable metering.

Pick it up ,,, you're on your own ... back to photography a la Adams et al.

I guess my Canon 7D Mark II. They don't make SLRs anymore, there's no upgrade from the 7D Mark II, so I guess it'll be my last camera.

    I'll need several hands. 😂
Right now I'd say my Nikon D500

I was hoping to avoid multiple camera mentions, Marc ...

If I lost my Ricoh GR III, I'd immediately order another one.

For me, it's the Nikon S2, even though I don't use it any more. My first top-quality camera. I've kept it for 65 years. Lotta memories there.

But I consider all my digital cameras replaceable.

No longer have one, but the 5Dm2 is the first time a camera ever just felt perfect in my hands.

As much as I hate my 50sII....yeah, that IQ just is so above everything else.

I am currently using cameras I consider great. Q2M, GFX 100S, Z9. And some I consider flawed, but capable of very good things, like the X2D. But I won't shed a tear when something better for my usage comes along.

My Fuji X-S1 still feels and operates like it was made for me. With Topaz Photo AI its images are now excellent on a 27" iMac monitor (if I don't put my nose up to it).

    Hi,

I don't have such. Nothing all that important here. Some old film stuff on the display shelf. Such as the Nikon FE I bought new in 79. That was the first camera I bought new. It's still here because there are some memories associated with it coupled with the fact it's worth precisely nothing. Still works, though.

Same goes for my D1H. Worth precisely nothing. Still works as well.

What I'm currently using, the Nikon Df and the Pentax 645D, well, they do what I need them to do. But I'm not so fond of them as to where I would not part with them. I had planned to buy a replacement for the medium format body back in March, but have not done so yet.

So, I guess that leaves the Df by default. It's unique among Nikon digital cameras. And I have all those older lenses, none of which are worth much. And all still work well on the Df. Including ones that don't work well on a Nikon Z.....

    Fujifilm x-h1.

Yes it's big and heavy but the handling just works for me. Great IQ and you could beat off a mugger with it and still take great photos afterwards. They didn't build them, they carved them out of solid Mg alloy, and yet it feels like a precision instrument such as I used to work with before retiring from scientific research. My next purchase? Likely another one.
