I don't know if this is the correct forum to ask, but I have a situation that is pretty bothersome.

I am sending a client different images in JPG format at a resolution of 1080px x 1080px for their social media, but once they open them on their PCs, the file size is reduced to 480px by 480px, and obviously, they are saying it is my mistake :(

Does anyone know why this could be happening?

    Thank you!

Are you using Apple Mail, and if so is it configured to send “Small” jpegs?

By default, Mail inserts images at their actual size. If different sizes are available, you can choose one from the pop-up menu located on the right side of the message header.

I am using my Gmail via Safari, and my client resend them to 3 or 4 different outlets from her email, maybe the problem is no her side, I am going to ask if she is using Mail.

Update: YES, she is using MAIL to resend my files, but has no clue how to change those settings, so I will send them via wetransfer LOL

I would think that if you sent them in a zipped folder they wouldn’t be messed with en route.

Yes, I will send them via wetransfer so she can share them the link.

Instructions are in the Apple Support document I linked to. But a picture is worth…
