Yesterday was windy ....

Yep, it looks windy.
Looks like the boy had less trouble with the wind than the girl.
Different processing of the two files by the look of it WN. The second seems far more saturated. The flag appears to be at half mast. A lot of wind here recently. There are more branches down than at any time before in the almost 35 years we have lived here.
Andrew
Thanks for stopping by .. very windy day ... almost blown over!! .. actually they both were having problem and this was the only time and as high as I saw those kites that day ... They did work at it though ..

Yeah .. I liked the idea .. the more I look at the execution the less I like it .. These were both taken in monochrome on a very bright day that led to impossible shadows .. But as you see I tried to take them back to color, as I shot them in RAW format ... and tried to rescue those with some very poor PP ... Maybe I should have left them in monochrome ... but I liked the streamer (kite tails ) in color .. not sure I could manage that any better ...
The flags are at half mast for a fallen police officer in another of our USA shootings ....
The end of March and the beginnings of April (right now) are very warm tornado weather .. So far locally this has led to several days and nights of high wind (up to 60mph) So far nothing of ours has blow away and the only tree that might have given us problems we had cut down earlier this year ...
Thanks for stopping by Andrew I'll try to raise the level of performance with the next post!!!!... we'll try to send less bad weather your way .... well ...

But it's green... I'm envious.
Looks like the perfect place to fly!
Looks like Spring, WhyNot. You've made me remember to go to our kite flying park and get some, too. Rich
Thanks Rich .. I only wish I'd done a better job exposing/presenting this day! ....

I guess I see another problem with this site.. This post was last week's and should go away ... Now it's back Problem or feature????
Let's call it a feature.
Old threads would pop up again in DPReview if someone added a new post to them. This isn't that much different in that way.
As long as we only use each thread to reply on-topic and start new threads for new topics they should work fairly similarly.
