X-S1 - Snapshots from the woods

A few photos from my weekly walk in one of the wooded areas near my small town. The other day was mostly overcast. The woods are still bare in most places, nothing interesting to photograph. Film sims were Provia (cooler tone) and Astia (warmer tone).

Terrible that the local government allows cars to be driven all the way in here where we go to escape from them and the harmful exhaust they produced! Most people who came by car are there to let their dogs use the woods as a toilet.

My mode of transport

I have to bike past the airport on the way to or from the woods.

BTW, seems the members in "Finepix" forum over at (almost) D(efunct)PR are not coming here. Oh well...

I am here but I posted on the new Bridge Camera category because that's what the XS-1 is classed as :)

And these pics are a good demo of how versatile bridge cameras are.

A few of us are here. It's quite slow, as was the former forum at DPR. FinePix cameras are probably aging out, or people have simply moved on to other systems. I'm hoping the bridge camera forum here will bring some life in a new community for X-S1 users. But how many can there be?
