    OpenCube,

I like the colors. It kind of looks like something that was taken in an aquarium, with the light as seen through the glass. Where did you take that?

    My backyard.

    It's the Golden Hour.

We had a storm, and then the sun came out and turned everything kind of golden.

In the first picture, what is that in front? I like the colors in the second photo. The last image is wonderful; I like that one a lot.

Thanks a lot! Those are some tiny (a couple of mm) quartz crystals.

    Steve,

I like the fence in the picture. Finding a time where the sun shines on something in the foreground with storm clouds in the background, does give us some great photos.

    David,

The statues and architecture are amazing. For something so old how to they keep everything so clean looking? Everything has the appearance of being new.

They clean and paint them regularly, which gives a nice result, though it is frustrating when the buildings are surrounded by scaffolding. Actually, this is probably made necessary because the stonework is quite soft (limestone).

    David,

Wow...you were fortunate to have been able to take the camera out of your backpack. That limousine is really extra special, with the eight wheels. It's not something you would want to miss. 😀 I've never seen one that large.

I have never seen anything like it either, and how it gets round the corners here is a mystery.

By the way, my "backpack" is here. It goes over one shoulder and is extremely comfortable, with room for other things also.
