Weird shutter speeds z8? See attached. Tried turning it on and off. Video works fine with normal numbers without decimal points.

Update...went away when I turned off high freq reduction. Takes ages to scroll through.

Yes, it will do - this feature is to allow you to dial in a quite precise shutter speed to combat the flicker created by some artificial lighting (i.e. LED).
