this is the latest. so ive done a print longevity test over the last 3 months using both my canon pro 10 s pigment ink and my new pro 200 dye ink, well so i posted my results that that the pro 200 faded to a redish hue and my pro 10s the reds faded to give a bland image and neither was better than the other 🤔 and i joked 100 years was what was tested by the experts was laughable , guess what ? it hasnt even made it to the forums yet 😎 do you think it will be allowed ? place your bets.

It might be allowed as a comical post because you seem to expect people to accept what you claim you did as being a legitimate test with verifiable results which is nonsense and laughable on that alone.
Your fade results are different to what I found in the past.
Anyone interested can do their own fade tests to see which is best.

Peculiar how in this thread there are many making more or less the same obsevations / comments about a particular moderator but you have consistently put doubts on the veracity or validity of all of them.BTW, just in cse, no we are not all the same person posting under different names nor, for one, I know personaly any of the others except that having seen many comments from some of them I am pretty sure that they are different individuals ..

I am making the point that I am hearing only one side of the story in this thread which might or might not be totally accurate for the reasons posted earlier this thread.
And because I am hearing only one side of the story I cannot judge for myself if people were justifiably banned, sandboxed or not.
They might have been or they might not have been.

the a7iv also has AI auto focus, and its been faultless for my event ,studio work and focusing on my dog, i cant see how drawing a square box around the subject is any better than multipoint af dancing points on the subject ,in fact i prefer dancing points as then you know what part of the subject is being focused on.wayne kerr
AFAIK there is no AI chip in the IV. Or let’s not use buzz words: The V, the A7c II and the A6700 have a new, specialised processor for object tracking the IV doesn’t have. Leaves the question how important the advantages in AF are and if they are worth the disadvantages, the A7c II - from my point of view!!! - has compared to the IV.I admire what Sony has to offer with the A7c II and if I would buy my first and only cam, I would definitely buy the A7c II. But I am looking for more comfort and a good EVF…
