DPR - has anybody opened a book yet ?

Love to get a bet on that long awaited date.

I know they are redoing the main site, supposed to be finished Wednesday July 8th 2026.

I don't know what 'opened a book' means, though.

deleted my entire account and history 5 weeks ago, same garbage year after year. FM is on fire atm. great un-modded discussions like the old days.

I'm still there, infesting just the Tech and the Sigma Fora, neither of which see much traffic here.

I don't get the references to "the new system". When DPR got "saved", it was migrated to XenForo in spite of all the whining about no threaded view.

So ... what is "the new system"? Anybody?

I suppose to get past the You Can't Talk About What Those In Charge Are Doing which occurs so often over there....

Me, I don't particularly want to discuss Over There, Over Here. I just don't know what is meant by a 'book' in the title thread here. But, as long as some are listing what they are still interested over there, over here: the Medium Format and Kodak SLR forums are all I pay attention to since the forum software changed.

The Kodak SLR forum being the last place left for anyone looking to find technical info these days. The other big place for Kodak DCS discussion went into an archival read-only mode recently.
