Welcome all to the Sunday Cat!, a weekly online community gathering on a subject of mutual interest, our feline friends. The Sunday Cat! has appeared each Sunday,e except for a brief interruption in September, 2016, since Anton AK started the thread at DPReview on 23 September 2007. Successive thread managers have been John King, Warriormouse, Robert J, Coldamus, Robert J again (with an assist by StanTsui) and since September 2016, former lurker, me. When DPReview was threatened with closure in March 2023, the last regular Sunday Cat! there was hosted on 2 April 2023. After taking a leap of faith, the Sunday Cat! found refuge here on 9 April 2023.

Last week was quite a journey of wonderful images, from macro cats to sunken cats, mechanical cats to wild cats, cozy cats to Peruvian bears! Along with that, this is the second week in a row using a noun as a modifier instead of an adjective in the Kitty of the Week title! :) So, let's see if the week ahead can compete. ;)

Hi,

It has been a hot and sunny week here on the farm. So, no cats doing anything inside and they are all over the acres outside. So, nothing to take a photo of.

We are entering a period of thunderstorms and had the first last night. So, no seeing a cat inside even though they were all inside. I thought they might spend the morning inside as it is all wet outside. But, no. Anyway, maybe later.
