East Passage Looking North - As I mentioned, we have had rain and wind and darkness for 2-3 weeks. And more rain. And more rain. Which limits the shooting opportunities. There was a break today... but still windy. Our back yard had a lot of debris washed up onto the grass due to strong north winds for 2 days and big waves coupled with very high tides. So, I was cleaning things up (raking) when I noticed three people out on their wingfoils. I went to get the camera, but by the time I came back, they were just about out of range. I managed to get 5 or 6 shots, but the first two were overexposed (since I shoot manual and I had previously taken a night shot on tripod... so the settings were obviously not right). I quickly fiddled with the dials, but the shutter speed was still too slow (blurry). By the time I got the settings semi-close to what they should be, this was the last decent pic before a hedge blocked my view.
