Is this from some kind of show? Great mix of warm and cool tones, giving this cinematic look.

Is that bubblewrap used there? Last one is intriguing.
Nice set of photos carrying style through years, nowadays the clothing is more functional, fur coats or knit mittens are not seen very often, instead people dress in sweatpants and crocs... Gosh, I'm old :D

Interesting clouds indeed, but first could benefit from brightening, right now especially the ground is bit too dark IMO.

Not sure if this is processing result or sky colours were indeed like this, but at least here such uniformly coloured sky is not seen often (if at all). But nicely captured, the line from pier to light house and reflection are bringing attention back into right place before it wanders off.

Yes, I did not pay enough attention to settings and should kept exposure time longer (and lowered ISO) to allow more light on sensor. I tried also couple times HDR shots with camera and HDR plugin from Nik collection but results were not much better IMO. Maybe I should look for some specific HDR software allowing to merge bracketed shots to get better results, currently using only DXO Photolab for processing and it has no possibility to merge photos.

The colours are nice and the composition is well done.
Have you ever consider this ?
    It has got 1" sensor.

I absolutely loved them. This series has a slightly sinister tone but the last one is particularly gorgeous.

They are very beautiful. I must say I prefer less HDR looking photos but the light is so nice here.

You composed this beautifully. I could easily spend the whole day there; all I need are some drinks and food.

Very nice! Komorebi. Ahhhhh. It looks "dreamy" and relaxing to me.

Oooohhhhh! This is excellent. The clouds, or course. But the contrast and the realistic gray/green tones are wonderful. And the superb IQ.

People were so nicely dressed years ago! Or maybe the holiday season brings out the best. I am still working and I still have business meetings. I always try to look presentable and professional. I'm glad you're having fun with this project! The ES-2 is a GREAT accessory! It is much, much easier/better and so much faster than scanning. And I believe the image quality is better, too. I am using the 60/2.8 (G). I will scrounge around and see if I have something thread-worthy (from the late-1960's).

I like the "artistic" filter or whatever it is you applied in post. A nice touch and very fitting. I didn't notice it until I clicked to enlarge. Where is this? It would be fun to know. I scanned the entire shoreline of Lake Ontario (on Google maps satellite view) but couldn't locate anything resembling it.

A very timeless feel to this. B&W is perfect.

Cool. VERY nice exposure. Right there in (what I would call) "the heart of town" under the railroad bridge. Stoney Street. The Borough Market. I would LOVE to go to London and walk around with the camera. Talk about a target rich environment! Back in 1969 or 1970 (IIRC) we had a family trip to London (and Guernsey). So, with NCV's scanning project as incentive, I will try to dig up something of interest and you can determine how it compares to the "now" view. If I remember correctly, we were always getting on and off the Underground at "Marble Arch" station. The phone cameras are great. Why do I lug around a 20 LB backpack full of camera gear? It's good exercise, I suppose? I picked-up a minty 2nd hand 35mm/1.8 a couple of months ago and have enjoyed going out with JUST that lens. Lightweight and sharp, low distortion, with good color/contrast character.

Well, no artistic filter, no pp - it is straight sooc shot with slight crop. Location is Southampton, Ontario, Canada on Lake Huron side. Glorious summer day in August.
