Panasonic Lumix DMC-L1
The Panasonic Lumix DMC-L1 is a rather unique camera in the history of digital photography. Introduced in 2006, it was Panasonic's first digital SLR, developed in partnership with Leica and based on the Four Thirds system.
7.5 MP Live MOS sensor (17.3 × 13 mm).
Four Thirds mount, compatible with Olympus Zuiko and Leica Four Thirds lenses.
Rangefinder-type viewfinder (the prism is offset to the left), which gives it a very different look from classic SLRs.
Speed dial on top and aperture ring on Leica lenses, for use very close to that of a film camera.
One of the first SLRs to offer Live View, at a time when this feature was still very rare.
